Tucked away between the Hutt River and the Riesling Trail in peaceful secluded surrounds, this warm and welcoming cottage sits amongst beautiful gardens with private access to the Riesling Trail. Built in the 1990s and extensively renovated in 2003, Hutt River Cottage is a delightful two bedroom cottage that provides every comfort you need to relax and enjoy your stay.
Ideal for one or two couples, this cottage is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area from, or an even better retreat if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. Choose between the Riesling Trail (right on your doorstep!), the numerous cellar doors and excellent restaurants all within easy walking or biking distance… or just while away the day as you enjoy the weather in the garden, or sit in the comfy couches by the cozy wood fire. Better yet, sink into the two-person spa and let it melt away your worries (local hand-made soaps provided, as well as fresh towels on the heated towel rail).
With the Clare township just a few minutes walk away, you can have lunch and dinner at a local café/restaurant or if you prefer, the barbecue is ready and waiting. What better ways to spend time with friends and family?
